How to Convert an Image to a Word Document (2 Methods)
To convert an image to a Word document, upload it to Google Drive, right-click it and choose Open with > Google Docs, then select File > Download > Microsoft Word (.docx). In desktop Word on Windows, insert the image, save the file as a PDF, then reopen that PDF in Word to get editable text.
